Beginnings...

I talk to lots of folks about training and fitness, and often, they say that they'd love to improve their fitness level.  They'd love to come in and have fun in our classes, but they need to 'get in shape first'.  I know some folks are fully capable of beginning a workout program on their own and making good progress.  I also know that the process can be hugely accelerated by having a supportive group of training partners and effective coaching. 

So I say to those of you reading this who are toying with the idea of making a change in your life for the better, but might be nervous about getting started...I say just show up.  Everyone starts somewhere...wherever that may be, we can help you take the next step.  And the next.  And you never know where those steps will take you.
