Warmup:  Perfect Stretch

WOD:  3 Rounds, 1 minute work - 15 seconds rest between stations

Pushups
American Kettlebell Swings
Traveling Burpees
Hollow Rockers
Lunges

Just For Fun:  400m Run as though you're on FIRE!!!
