Warmup:  6 minutes Double Under/Triple Under practice

Workout:

Fun with Tabatas!

12 minutes of 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off

Ring Rows
Woodchoppers with 14lb/20lb ball
Pushups
Walking Lunges with 25lb plate overhead

Just For Fun:  75 situps

Tomorrow morning...CrossFit Games Open Workout 13.4!!!  Woo hooooo!!!
