Warmup Run to the Landry's sign and back.

Woodchoppers w Medicine Ball
Divebomber Pushups
Chinnies
American Kettlebell Swings

2 minute rest

4 minutes Tabata sprints

The Olympics are on!!  Watching those athletes give their all in competition always inspires me...can't wait to get my SWEAT on today!
