WOD:

20 Woodchoppers w/ Medicine Ball (12 lb/9 lb)
20 Situps
20 Box Jumps (24"/20")
20 KB Swings, American (53/35)
20 Pushups

You know, it really didn't look that hard on the board.  Really.
