5-10-2013 Friday Workout

Warmup:  Oiling the Joints, Head to Toe

WOD:  IKFF Kettlebell Test...with a twist.

53/35 Kettlebells

100 Hand to Hand Swings
16/16 Clean and Press
30/30 Snatches
30 Squats holding the Kbell

No putting the Kettlebell down...if you do, it's a 5 burpee penalty each time.

JFF:  100 Situps
