Jumprope 5 minutes

WOD:  Medicine Ball Fun

 4 Rounds For Time

20 MB pushups
20 MB situps
20 MB squats
20 No-Wall Balls
20 Burpees

JFF: Lay on the floor, breathe in, breathe out.  Repeat as necessary.
