8-6-2014 Wednesday Workout

Warmup:  Joint Mobility
               3 rounds of the following:  10 Jumping Jacks, 10 Lunges, 10 Burpees

WOD:  Tabatas!

20 sec on/ 10 sec off for 4 minutes each set, alternating exercises for each round.

1.  Pushups / Squats
2.  Running / Situps
3.  Pullups / KB or DB Snatches
4.  Woodchoppers

JFF:  Run 1/2 mile
