Workout:

Side Plank                        30 sec each side
Turkish Get Up                 5 each side
KB Clean & Press            1:00 each side
KB Pendulum Snatches   1:00 each side
Russian Twists                 30
Med Ball Pushups            10

1:00 Rest between rounds
