Happy New Year! 1-4-2016 Workout

Happy New Year, everyone!  Ok, ok, I know we've been slacking on our posts.  I've set a reminder for myself to get the workouts on here consistently, so here's the first WOD of the new year!

Warm up: 5 minutes Jump Rope, Mobility Warmup

WOD: 

5 Rounds For Time

20 Squats
20 Kettlebell Swings
20 Push Ups
20 V-Ups

JFF:  5 min run


Remember that Resolutions never work.  Goals backed with step-by-step plans, however, will get you where you're going!
