Warmup:  5 minutes Jump Rope, Mobility

Workout:

10 Minute Challenge!

Squats - 1 point
Pushups - 2 points
Burpees - 3 points

The goal is to amass as many points as possible in 10 minutes.  3...2...1...GO!!!
