8-24-2012 Friday Workout

More Sprints!!

We 'liked' this one so much (and had a different crew in here today) we did this one again!

Sprint like your behind is on fire for 20 seconds
rest 10 seconds

repeat for a total of 8 sprints


Oh, yeah, we were burning up the sidewalk out there!!
