Warm up: 5 minutes of jump rope practice
WOD: Deck of Doom!!
Hearts = Burpees
Diamonds = Sit ups
Clubs = Jumping Jacks
Spades = Squats
Joker 1 = 20 Push ups
Joker 2 = 20 Burpees
Each suit is assigned an exercise. Do as many reps of the exercise as the number on the card. Continue until all cards are gone. Have fun!! :-)
