Warm up: 1 minute each of the following: run, push ups, squats, lunges x 2

WOD: "Jack"  - 20 minute AMRAP

10 Push Press (95/115)
10 American KB swings (26/35)
10 Box Jumps

Just for Fun: Run 400 meters
