3-7-2014 Friday Workout

CrossFit Open Workout 14.2. This is a tough one!!

Weight for overhead squats is 65 lbs for women, 95 lbs for men.

Every 3 minutes for as long as possible complete:
From 0:00-3:00
   2 rounds of:
   10 overhead squats
   10 chest-to-bar pull-ups
From 3:00-6:00
   2 rounds of:
   12 overhead squats
   12 chest-to-bar pull-ups
From 6:00-9:00
   2 rounds of:
   14 overhead squats
   14 chest-to-bar pull-ups
Etc., following same pattern until you fail to complete both rounds.

If all reps are completed (two complete rounds) before the time cap there is a rest until the three minutes is up before beginning the next segment. The workout is over when two full rounds of the couplet are not completed within the time cap. The score is the total number of reps completed.
