10 KB Swings (Russian)
1 Squat with kettlebell
15 KB Swings (Russian)
2 Squats with kettlebell
25 KB Swings (Russian)
3 Squats with kettlebell

Rest for 30 - 60 sec

50 KB Swings (Russian)

3 minute rest
