Warm up: Run 1/2 mile

WOD:  Partner WOD - 6 sets ( 1:30 min / 1:30 min)

Partner A:
- Power Clean
- Front Squat
- Press
- Back Squat
- Down

Partner B:
- Bear Crawl

Just for Fun: 100 chinnies
