6-6-2014 Friday Workout

Warm up: Oiling the joints

WOD: Team WOD!! (20 min AMRAP)
  • Run 300 meters
  • OH KB swings
  • Push ups
  • Squats
  • Rest
Just for Fun: 100 Sit ups

Person 1 begins with the run, and goes to the rest station as soon as he/she is back. The lines moves up and person 2 is now doing the run. Continue to circle through the stations until time is up.
